The first weekend in March JW-00 Inassicas Sea Pirate (Ch Pauclare Pot of Gold ex. Inassicas Sea Mayweed) won his third CC & BOS, he also got his title Finnish Champion! Ch Respons Zodiak-Ten's daughter Cosmona's Gold Dust  also got her third CC & her title, she was later on Best In Show! What a great start of the year!!  Judge Mr Harri Lehkonen.

Karvin Fina Finlandia) won the Junior class.Gleaming Big Love got his 3rd CC, CACIB & BOB and placed 5th in the Group.Ch Karvin Pentagon was 3rd best dog & best veteran. Ch Kerrien Raleigh was 4th best dog. Ch Karvin Lady Las Vegas was BOS and got the CACIB.

24th of March at Åbo Open show, our new boy Ritzilyn Jimmy Mac was 2nd in the "baby" class. Karvin Stay on Top was 2nd in the junior class. Karvin Elwood was 4th in Novice class In the Open class Karvin Latest Hit was 1st & 4th best dog and Karvin Status Quo was 3rd. Ch Pauclare Phylanderer was 2nd in the champion class and ended up as 2nd best dog, Karvin Latest Hit 3rd. Karvin Safriduo was 2nd in the Junior class. Karvin Fun Fun was 2nd in the Open class. In the CC/Championclass JW-01 Karvin Mary Poppins was 2nd and Karvin Lorelei Lee was 3rd, and  they ended up 3rd and 4th in the best bitch class. Our breeders group was Best In Show.

At Lahti International Championship Show 28th of April, Ch Pauclare Pot of Gold was BOB. Grand old man Ch Karvin Touch of Brandy (11 1/2 years old) was 5th best dog. P. Pot of Gold's daughters did also very well, Cosmona's Fairy Tale was 2nd best bitch and our Rossmix Save The Best For Last was 4th best bitch and got her 1st CC!! Karvin Safriduo (Ch Pauclare Phylanderer ex. Karvin Fina Finlandia) won the juniorclass and was 5th best bitch.

Greetings from Austria, Hungary and Slovakia. In the beginning of May I (Helena) had a oppurtunity to meet friends in these three countries. The 16th  "Clubsiegerschau" (The Retriever Club's championship show) & "Working test"  (Working test with dummies) was arranged on May 4th & 5th. The show had an entry of 110 goldens and the working test of 40 golden retrievers. The total amount of retrievers were over 700 from 12 different countries! Mrs Eileen Caisley & Jennifer Hay judged the goldens. 7 Karvin dogs attended the show. 
BOB was Lavender's Generation Amazing Little Luzzie from Germany. Ch Karvin Kind of Magic (Ch Ipcress Sea Quest ex. Karvin Casablanca) from Czech Republic won her class and got the CC. Karvin Rebecca (Ch Karvin Pentagon ex. Ch Karvin Lady Las Vegas) from Austria won the junior class. Karvin Masterpiece (Ch Lovehayne Darter ex. Karvin Viva Finlandia) from Austria won the openclass and got the CC. Clubsieger Karvin Wille Wallaton (Ch Almerak Pipers Dream ex. Karvin Fina Finlandia) from Austria won the working class and got the CC and Ch Karvin Avalanche (Ch Almerak Pipers Dream ex. Ch Karvin Lady Las Vegas) was 2nd in the class. Ch Karvin Mattheus (Ch Lovehayne Darter ex. Karvin Viva Finlandia) from Austria won the champion class and got the CC. Karvin Spumante (Ipcress Sea Quest ex. Ch Chevanne Snow'n Ice) won the veteran class and got the CC, he also was BOS and BIS veteran! Finally our breeders group was BOB.  5 Karvin dogs got CC's and two more was 2nd in their classes. Karvin dogs had a super day!!

At Golden Ring's Club Show 18th of May we had a great day. Ritzilyn Jimmy Mac was BIS-2 puppy. Our junior Karvin Stay On Top won the juniorclass. Karvin Most Wanted was 4th in the intermedian class. Ch Pauclare Phylanderer won the openclass &  was 3rd best dog, Karvin Status Quo was 2nd in the same class & 4th best dog. Ch Pauclare Pot of Gold won the champion class and was best dog and finally BIS-1!! Our senior Ch Kerrien Raleigh won his class and was BIS-1 senior!! Ch Karvin Touch of Brandy also won his class and was BIS-1 veteran!! The bitches did also very well, Finngreen Gwyneth was 2nd best bitch puppy. Karvin Safriduo won the juniorclass & was 3rd best bitch. Rossmix Save The Best For Last won her class & was 2nd best bitch. Karvin Kimberley was 5th in the same class. In the openclass Karvin Wagtail was 3rd and Karvin Hulabaloo 4th. Ch Karvin Rio Ramanda was 2nd in the championclass & 4th best bitch. Ch Karvin Dance De Luxe won her class & was BIS-2 senior!! Karvin Quantona was 2nd in the seniorclass.
Finally our breeders group was Best In Show!!!

At The world show in Amsterdam on July, 7th Karvin Pentagon Pioneer (Ch Karvin Pentagon ex Karvin Viva Finlandia)
was placed 3rd in an junior dog class of 30 entries.

In Mikkeli (judge Davor Javor) July 13th Karvin Status Quo was BOB. BOB veteran was Karvin Ziider Zelina. BOS puppy was their daughter Mating Call Maid Miyuki. Well done of the whole "family"! Karvin Safriduo was 4th best bitch.

July 20th in Rusko, judge Mr Harri Lehkonen, Karvin Tia Maria finished her puppy carrieer in a glamorous way.

September 22nd, Karvin Voice of Future (Ch Lislone Garbank Laplander ex. Karvin Fröken Fanny) qualified in the field only 9 months old, well done!

Karvin Maximilian debuted in obedience on September 22nd. At his first test he scored 190 points (max. 200) and a 1st price in the novice class. He was also awarded a trophy for being the most promising obedience dog in the local retriever club! Well done Juha & Maximilian!
